• Master in Taxes, graduate of the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos, A.C. and currently a professor there.

• Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey from 1996 to 2004.

• Professor at the Universidad de Monterrey from 1996 to 2003.

• Professor at the Universidad del Norte master’s program from 2003 to 2006.

• Active member of the Nuevo León Public Accountants Institute.

• Certified Public Accountant issued by the Public Accountants Institute.

• Active member of the Instituto de Desarrollo Profesional de Investigación Jurídica (Institute of Profesional Development in Judicial Investigation).
